Audiophile Music Group is the umbrella company of a number of electronic record labels, working with over 500 international artists on over 1,000 music releases in the past six years. Audiophile's releases have amassed over 400 million plays across streaming platforms, and have been featured by some of the top radio stations and music publications in the world. The client in this instance wanted to update an existing logo. They had a solid idea of what they needed, but we also explored other directions. I ventured into 3D modeling and advanced techniques in geometric triangulation, first developed by mathematician Boris Delaunay in 1934. What emerged were some interesting art pieces, but to translate this to a workable logomark took a significant degree of simplification. We settled on this cubist-futuristic head, part organic, part machinic. We paired this with a clean, extended sans serif font, to add gravity and maturity.

The book is a prose collection looking back on the early years of the author in Vietnam, from which she took flight among the "boat people" of the 1970s era. Earlier I took another direction, but in the process — particularly after learning more about the author’s difficult life — this vision emerged. A personal response, and initially a bird alone, I added an ocean littoral to reinforce the relevance to the author’s lived experience. I wanted the image to evoke transformation and survival as much as displacement and loss. The bird is custom-made. My second book contest.

To complement the pattern, I chose a simple and clean layout for the label, using a modern sans-serif font that is both elegant and legible, along with a script font for playfulness. The design is meant to be both eye-catching and soothing, reflecting the idea of beauty and comfort in the face of difficult challenges. Ultimately, my goal was to create a label that would not only be visually appealing, but also help to raise awareness and support for low-survival cancers. Had opportunity to work with Natalie on refreshing and updating her old logo to match her future plan and establish desired brand direction. The main idea was to make design more client centric and we based on this using two shapes, rounded rectangles, intertwining and interacting with each other forming wavy, soft ring evoking approachability and friendliness in communication with clients creating perfect piece of jewelry matching their aesthetics and desires. Considering circle geometry, symbolism and characteristics it was good choice to show your desire to be more client-centric. In addition to outer ring we revised NB monogram which Natalie already used and gave it more clearer form with subtle details which dont affect legibility on smaller sizes as well. Further we designed this unique custom made semi serif typography which gives really luxury and premium feel. Really wonderful cooperation with this client and glad that she liked end results as I really did.

This logo won a contest for a sushi restaurant, it was supposed to include waves, palm tree and a surf board as the restaurant is by the beach famous for surfing and big waves. The client wanted it done in red or white against the red background, which worked very well for this logo. Although the logo is kinda geometric and symmetrical - curvature of the palm tree makes it look more interesting yet still well balanced.

Elevated Inner Circle (EIC) is a private High-Status Men's Networking Group. The client wanted bold typography, a minimalist approach and symmetry as the main drivers for the design. I created an elegant icon by literally elevating the inner circle! The gold gradient gives it a luxurious feel. The icon speaks for itself and can be used independently.

This is the envelope wrap for the chopstick. Which is given to the diner at Japanese sushi restaurants. The design is a classy chopstick wrapper design using a classic Japanese pattern.

Logo for a cold brew coffee shop

This logo was done for a chain of a cold brew coffee shops, therefore the name is Kold 24. The client wanted the logo to be clean, minimalistic & geometric, so I prepared a draft that featured a logo drawn by a somewhat single-line shape using only 90 and 45 degree angles. The client loved it, but asked for the full name implemented as well, featuring the same style of the logomark K24. I did express my opinion on the matter, saaying that it would look better if the letters were drawn in a simple, sans-serif geometric fashion but the client decided to go with this version, which ended up being the contest winner.
