Stunning Web design Concept for a Real Estate Investment Firm

It was a very good contest. The contest holder wanted a design which catches the user attention, he wanted a design which is simple yet makes the user clicks. My approach has always been to go simple and minimalist as I love creating minimalist designs. Contest holder also liked this design but there are always better designers and that's the beauty of 99designs, You always have to learn from your mistakes and keep getting better. This design is beautiful, eye catching yet very simple. My favorite part of the design is the header, an image of a space needle in the slider with a beautiful color and the text is very easy to read. The combination of simple fonts, shapes and colors made this design stand out. Overall I'm really happy with this design.
