I focused on powerful imagery, texture, and typography in this design in order to capture the essence and atmosphere of a real horror house. I then complimented these elements with dark, grungy background and scarlet red highlights. About the banner, since the client asked for a realistic version of a drawing they provided: imgur.com/a/iRnHO I used my wacom to create the horrifying face from scratch. They decided later on that the glowing eyes could be an interesting touch when you hover. I experimented a bit to create the effects and I ended up with the result that looks quite interesting.

The client wanted the website to have a feel that combined the subtle energy of Palantir, the clarity of OpenAI, and the minimalism of Apple. I began by researching those references and creating a powerful visual hierarchy with a dark colour scheme (Black and Midnight Blue), crisp typography, and subtle effects. Using layered images like a maze background, interactive features like prompt cards and terminal-style chats, and simple layouts with careful spacing, I tried to strike a balance between clarity and intrigue throughout the process. The final result feels premium, focused, and aligned with the client's vision of “signal over noise.”
