Premium Sake

The client required a captivating and bold label for their new brand of premium Nihonshu/Sake. They wanted the label to incorporate references to the crane symbology with energetic vibes. To achieve this, I developed the visuals using organic diagonal shapes that resemble flowing rivers and utilized color combinations commonly found in Asian cultures. Golden foil embellishments were added to highlight the brand name and a small crane symbol. Finally, a horizontal dark blue band was used to ground and contain the product information.

Illustrated label for Gin

This label was designed using a distinctive handmade technique and custom lettering to enhance the elegance of the glass bottle. Drawing inspiration from vintage postage stamps and banknotes of the Cayman Islands, I meticulously hand-drew all textures, frames, embellishments, and guilloché patterns to achieve the desired aesthetic. The label will be printed on textured paper with a premium finish, featuring two inks, gold foil accents, and lacquer. The final production version includes an updated illustration compared to this custom mockup.

Westside Sauce - Label Design

I created a label for Westside, a Canadian sauce brand that specializes in artisan-made sauces. The brand needed a label upgrade to better showcase their products in stores and to comply with packaging regulations. To make it easier for customers to identify the various flavors, I used a visually bold font that was highlighted with gold foil. In addition, I included a heat meter at the bottom of the label to convey this important information and organized the layout in a way that effectively communicates both marketing and mandatory information.

Premium Artisanal Italian Limoncello

The client required a label for their premium Limoncello, which is a traditional lemon liquor from Italy. As Limoncello is a yellow beverage, I used blue, aqua and gold embellishments to accentuate the product. The label's style was based on the theme of art deco Italian tourism posters from Amalfi, Positano, and the Mediterranean Sea. Hence, a blend of these classic elements was used to define the label's style.

I worked towards a modern organic style. Nice vintage illustrations of flowers and plants from the ingredients make a subtle focal point, while adding colors, interest and a sense of tradition. The main product name makes a bold element to start reading the bottle. For the product name I chose a font that is elegant yet simple, to convey a sense of “maturity”. Gold foil accents enhance the premium vibes for this product’s label.

Truman's beard oils line are handmade oils for man, blended in Colorado, USA. The tube for this product is very small so there is not huge space for design elements and texts. Also we had to find the way to attract the customer with his initial glance to the label. Our design studio decided to implement hunting images to give the label an masculine feeling. Later we changed the images to hunted animals. The label has outstanding look and fully handmade oil for men visual association.

This approach ensures the Simoni brand stands out on shelves and in digital spaces, attracting consumers looking for organic food branding and premium beverage packaging solutions.

I created the label based on the product's concept, "Poción," which translates to "Potion." This concept is inspired by a local witch's legend and their potion-making abilities. The client requested a modern interpretation with some mystical elements. I designed the label in the shape of a chalice to serve as a strong, bold focal point that contrasts with the liquid inside the bottle. The angle of the product's name is strategically designed to be eye-catching both when being served and while resting on the shelf.
