Logo design for a real estate agent

A new logo design solution for a real estate agent targeting luxury homes. Initially, I considered using a classical serif font, which is a standard font for luxury real estate markers. However, my client wanted something that would stand out and be truly unique. While sans-serif fonts are often associated with modernity, cleanliness, and luxury, they have become overused in minimal design trends. In response, I chose a sans-serif font with subtle curve lines to give the design a unique character that avoids the classical serif font design from my earlier proposal. To maintain a clean and modern look, I used a neutral sans-serif font for the JONES element of the design. This allows it to support the impact of the LAUREN element without detracting from it. I believe this design solution successfully captures the essence of luxury and sophistication, while also being distinct and memorable.
