BENA MAI means "New World" in Shipibo, an indigenous community from the Peruvian Amazon. BENA MAI is a company that sells swimwear and targeted toward young people. The logo needs to be sophisticated, versatile, elegant, but modern also logo. The client wanted to have a Shipibo art to be incorporated, but not too notorious, so I decided to create something that looks almost similar to Shipibo art by turning the company's initial letter "B" and "M" into a subtle Shipibo line art that formed a flower, combined with a customized elegant and minimalist typeface.
