Sky Puppy Brewing is a boutique brewery that will be opening up in Florida. The visual style of the brand is is casual, gothic, dark, romantic, vintage and curious. Sky Puppy Brewing brand has a strong connection to the casual and dark (Gothic) theme, hence the idea of incorporating a bat and the name of the brewery 'Sky Puppy'. Bats often represent death in the sense of letting go of the old, and bringing in the new. They are symbols of transition, of initiation, and the start of a new beginning. The graphic itself combines two styles, modern and traditional. The sun in gold color gradient gives a high-end touch and the hand-drawn style of the bat graphic adds to the overall artisan feel of the brand.

The client approached me with a wish to brand their 3,500 sf waterfront pavilion. They loved my previous work that was shown in my portfolio and they needed it to be modern, simple and luxurious. The elements the client wanted to have in the logo were palm trees, sun, waterfall and open water. So that is what they actually got in their logo plus a subtle H letter in the waterfall that stands for HARBORSIDE, everything fitted perfectly for them and their brand :)
