Murph is the name of a CrossFit exercise that consists of the following exercises: 1-mile run 100 pullups 200 situps 300 squats 1-mile run It is named after a Navy Seal, Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who died during Operation Red Wings, a counter-insurgent mission in Afghanistan. The Murph Challenge is more than just a workout.
