Minimalist mark for CBD lifestyle supplement

Foster is a high-end and luxury brand of CBD (Cannabidiol) positioned as a lifestyle supplement. The company is located in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The company specifically wanted to depart from obvious associations with marijuana. As their location is known for its forests, we picked up on the pine tree as a reference point. Having explored a number of ways of representing pine trees in minimalist style, we settled on this design. A subtle use of shadowing gives the mark dimension and dynamism as the horizontal wraps around the vertical. The pine is combined with a clean and refined sans serif, conveying quality and calm simplicity.

Dr.Love CBD is a physician-guided journey using DrLove CBD products to help patients with conditions like pain, sleep, anxiety, and more. It is important for this logo to appeal to those looking for more natural alternatives to helping with their medical conditions while still wanting the products and approach to be backed by science and a doctor. Walking the fine line between medicine/science to holistic/natural. Should appeal to a broad spectrum of patients both young and old, male and female. This logo will require walking a fine balance between formal/authority and natural/organic.
