Quirky, cozy and relaxing cafe serving breakfast and lunch required a digital and print menu overhaul. Doodles just seemed to be the way to go on this one. During handover the tri-fold for print and the digital were tweaked adding missing prices and replacing placeholders. The finished product is even better!

Contemporary, upscale yet fun clipboard menu

Playing on the brand colors and logo's doodle lines brought the brand together on their menu. 3 line outdents on the highlighted menu items bring the diner's attention without overpowering the menu. Extra large category headers and whimsical illustrations immediately give the impression that this is a unique dinning experience. I did win the contest, however I liked this entry better than the winning entry.

Fun & trendy menus

Sydney's new Asian fusion cafe and coffee roaster needed a fun and trendy menu to that would appeal to all. Taking my cue from the restaurant exterior decor I came up with a coffee watercolour background, the white swooshes and doodles keep it from looking too busy. The vegetarian and gluten free symbols are in a coffee stain circle. Shown here is the shop sign for the lobby, which can be seen through the window, made from the three table menus. This was a super fun 1-1 project.

Modern Logo for Food Ordering App

My concept for this app logo, was to use simplicity and "minimalism" to create a direct image for the end goal of the app. I wanted to stay away from typical delivery imagery (cutlery, speed etc) to show that speed for this service is there by default, and you only have to focus on the food that you want. Inspired by the simplicity of apps such as Airbnb, Pocket and Fancy (as mentioned in the brief), this is the result.
