Specifically targeting tech companies, the firm was looking for a logo that would appeal to the startup scene in California, which meant a bit stronger colors than what is considered usual in the otherwise relatively conservative finance industry. Within the mark, the lines coming from different angles meet together and shoot straight up - a straight metaphor of meeting point for financial experts to help raise the bar.

I wanted to steer away for classic leaf themes and I envisioned this abstract droplet/leaf shape with and subtle leaf stem as the internal lines. Also the pixel/square color pattern offer a modern intricate look and created an interesting hub.
