Website design for - (u as in micro, μ) | Web page design contest

There are 3 layouts that I need. 1. The main page. Please look at the mockup attached. This page will be highly AJAX (javascript). Please make the logo, the icons, the button for Go PRO. 2. Signup page. This page should have a place for a sales video, and a place for testimonials, then we'll have simple section to show all the details/features of the membership. We'll then have a nice call to action button that says Join uNiches PRO for $xx,xx or something similar. Example: http://www.seomoz.org/features http://www.semrush.com/prices.html Only difference is I want to have a video on this page. 3. Sign In/Sign Up/Content page. Header/footer and the content will have fields for sign-up and sign in (Name, E-mail, Password, Double Password etc), and some nice button for both Sign In and Sign Up. The header and footer here can be used for our FAQ page, Terms page etc.

Other notes

Remember that I like contrast, everything will be on a white background. Look at the example websites to get an idea. Professional, clean, and brandable. Please make a really good logo, this makes or break your design since most of the other stuff are really simple. It has to pop and look nice at the same time.
