Die „Salemer Gespräche“ sind eine über die Region hinaus bekannte Podiumsdiskussion in der Schule Schloss Salem. Die Wirtschaftsjunioren laden seit 1980 ausgewählte Gäste zu aktuellen wirtschaftlichen, gesellschaftlichen und politischen Themen ein. https://wj-bodensee.de/salemer Zielgruppe sind Politiker, Gründer und Geschäftsführer zahlreicher Unternehmen.

Das Logo für die Salemer Gespräche soll moderner und dynamischer werden. Die Farben Orange & grau sollen zur Widererkennung beibehalten werden. Das übergeordnete Logo der Wirtschaftsjunioren bleibt bestehen, jedoch werden die Salemer Gespräche als jährliches Event in diesem Jahr mit neuem Logo auftreten.
