About us
Ich bin Coach und Speaker im Bereich Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Ich unterstütze besonders leistungsgetriebene Menschen mit verantwortungsvollen Positionen, ihre limitierenden Verhaltensmuster aufzulösen und zu transformieren, sodass sie wieder mit mehr Leichtigkeit und dennoch erfolgreich durchs Leben gehen können. Hauptthemen sind dabei Selbstwert stärken, mehr Freiheit leben, mehr Achtsamkeit auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse richten. Ich arbeite in 1:1 Sitzungen, gebe Workshops und halte Vorträge.
