I am a horticulturist starting up a gardening business in a min-sized town in Sweden. I will offer design, landscaping, maintenance and consultation to private households,… associations and businesses. The way my company will distinguish from its competitors is to offer the highest competence, personal service and sustainable methods. We minimize environmental impact by using bikes for transportation instead of cars, battery powered tools instead of gasoline tools and selecting partners and suppliers with environmental criteria in mind. We also incorporate social and environmental concern into our designs, for example by maximizing biodiversity and minimizing water consumption. Cooperation is a core value. We see customer-, partner- and subcontractor cooperation and strong competece networks as a mean to give customers best value. The targeted audience are both females and males between the age 30 to no limit up. Usually the clients I would like to attract are well educated, mid to high level socially and financially. My clients are more than average environmentally concerned and care about style and their local environment. They are interested in food and drinks, and might be intellectuals or active persons often inviting friends for social activities.

I am starting up a new business and seek name recognition. There is no other gardening service "on bike" in my town and I hop to build positive associations to my environmental and… social concerns, at the same time empowering my clients to start growing and gardening themselves. I prefer a clean, minimal logo design. The company name needs to come out strongly. I do not want anything at all cute/sweet with flowers or traditional gardening tools. i am rather focused on function and satisfied customers. Sustainability is a natural way to run my business, more than "green wash". Forms/associations that could, but do not have to, be included in the design: * Nature, trees or leafs (no flowers!) *Green dot/twist (we offer functional services with a green twist) * Circulation/recycling * Guidance/coaching (sharing knowledge is a main purpose of my business) The logo will be used in various contexts and on differentmaterials. E.g. HomePage, social media, printed, on vehicles, clothes, give aways. It Could be good if the logo works on top of photographical material, but it is not a requirement. I would like the logo to work ok in black/white as well, even thoug the original version is in colour. Please ask if you have any questions on my needs and preferences!
