The inspirations of this design is came from that the trade winds have been used by captains of sailing ships to cross the world's oceans for centuries. Also, because the founder sailed around the world (Trade Wind Route). So, I make a logo on nautical theme that incorporate a compass rose as the main logo and put coffee bean in center of the compass.

Modern investment company. Investments are real estate, oil wells, loans, stocks, bond, startups, etc. Looking for something modern, clean and sophisticated . Needs to convey a level of status and maturity, but not stuffy or outdated . Might be interesting to include something nautical since that aligns with the meaning of the word "halliard" , but i dont want it to look corny or cliche . Nautical is not a necessity . The word "holdings" in the logo is not 100% necessary either, would be open to having a logo without it .

With so much access to the water, Mashpee has a large fishing and boating community. An abundance of attractions, and its vicinity to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket makes it an extremely desirable vacation destination. Other area attractions include over 30 golf courses, luxury shopping, delicious restaurants, dozens of outdoor activities, and nightlife. Just minutes from these attractions, the Southcape Resort and Club offers guests all of the comforts of home. Two bedroom accommodations are laid out in either a townhouse or ranch style. They all include fully equipped kitchens and living and dining areas. Many units offer a deck and outside area, perfect for enjoying Cape Cod’s gorgeous weather.
