Le site You-Trust est destiné dans une premier temps aux acteurs du monde de l'interim (Interimaire, Agence de travail temporaire et Client final). Dans un second temps il pourra adresser la cible de toutes les personnes cherchant un emploi ainsi que leurs contacts. Sur le site, les interimaires vont solliciter leurs anciens clients ou employeurs afin que ces derniers les recommandent (commentaires écrit et/ou selfies) et les évaluent. La légitimité des acteurs qui recommandent telle ou telle personne sera vérifiée par You-Trust. LA CONFIANCE est la valeur principale de la société et du site ; dont le slogan pourrait être : "You-Trust : créateur de confiance" ou "avec confiance tout devient possible"
