Candex. Logo for a payment product

Candex is a company that provide apps in which large companies can collaborate with smaller service providers, most especially handling invoicing, approval and payment much more efficiently and with fewer errors. The client wanted a redesign of their old logo thas was focused on the letter X. Letter X because their software acts as an eXchange in which payment for services happens. That being said, my design kept the focus on X, but in a modern way and introducing a new accent: the checkmark. I chose this symbol because fits perfect and gives a meaning about the quality services that Candex offers.Also the checkmark is about safe, approval, trustfull, etc.

Clear logo for vacation rental software online

SimplyBooking is a tool that simplifies property management of vacation rental homes. Both property managers and people booking vacation rentals will see the site and product. So from the description, i try to make a simple logo. Then i think that the main keys should contains 2 things, they are simple and house shape. For the simple, it representated by the checkmark shape. I also make the house shape. At first, i try 3 designs concepts and from those designs, the Contest Holder really like the logo that combine checkmark and house shape. At the final sessions, the Contest Holder want me to reduce the wide because the symbol itself will put into / use for icon. I try to refine the design and as you can see, the logo is more compact and ready to use as an icon.
