The client wanted something representing the Pineapple Express - it had to show a family meeting up with US military personnel, in the dark, as they escaped Afghanistan. The setting was the canal near the runway at Kabul airport. The father is holding up a cell phone with a pineapple symbol on the screen for the soldiers to see. The painting is to be printed out at 36" x 20" and framed, then auctioned at a fundraiser.
