Rich blue banners with golden accents billow in the background with light streaming through a stained glass window behind the throne. The blue Victor symbol should adorn the flags The Blue Victor symbol is a blue star with red accents. The V is the focal point of the Symbol. The throne should be large and ornate, clearly projecting an image of absolute power and control with gold and other riches gathered at its base. Next to the throne is a small ornate wooden bird stand with an owl resting on it. The owl should be small with a light brown and white coat of feathers. Use the face of a little owl with the coat of a tawney owl.

In complete contrast to the blue side, the red side should reek of decay. Unlike the life that the room is full of on the other side, this room is dark and in ruins. The banners should be torn and shredded, no longer hanging evenly with the stained glass shattered and littering the ground. Sections of the wall should be destroyed, showing a dark and cloudy sky outside. The throne, once large and imposing, should be almost completely destroyed to the point of feeling small and fragile. Atop the broken throne should now sit a raven, with the owl and bird stand now completely gone. The raven should look like a common European raven.
