BTC-ECHO platform aims to rebrand itself and move away from colors associated specifically with Germany (red, black, yellow) and more into neutral image that would also work for two other German speaking countries in Europe: Switzerland and Austria. The logo merges images of a compass needle (pioneering, navigation, taking the right direction, etc) and echo. The alternating yellow and white elements create a "pulsating" echo effect.

The stone tokens of Yap island were just the physical manifestation of the monetary system; without the oral history of their ownership, they were just worthless pieces of rock. The company business involved virtual currency/bitcoins, so I felt this was a good way to combine these two.

My main focus designing this logo, was to keep it as clean and professional as possible, so that the mark could stand along the already-established banking/atm companies. Additionaly, I wanted to avoid a "GT" combination that would be to obvious, so I combined the two letters into one with only color and negative space separating them.
