BlueOak pharmaceuticals logo

Had some fun working on this interesting project for BlueOak Pharmaceuticals. Idea here was to create symbol of oak tree where branches provide subtle reference to human brain. Also tree trunk was designed slightly offset to evoke sort of windblown dynamic feel. Reason for designing it this way is because company is working on discovering and developing novel medicines for diseases of the brain. Pretty satisfied with end results.

We settled with this amazingly simple yet clever logo merging the concepts in anvil-like tree design. Monochrome and flat, featuring neat green-blue shade and lettering with a statement, this logo was a base for full brand identity both me and clients were happy with.
