Portalia designs (with external architects), builds and manages real estate projects ( office buildings and strip centers). We are currently working on our first 2 projects and we want them to be innovative and to appeal to the high end ... our customers are international companies that want to rent offices or retail companies/restaurants that will want a selling space in a strip ...
