"Once again I apologize for the late reply.
after I sent the final file you did not respond. even though I was available 24 hours in advance with a quick response. in fact I also promise to always be available if there is a revision if it is still on the same project line before it was printed.
chronology: you did not respond before the file was printed until Saturday. while we have weekends off. and for this Saturday we have 5 days off until Tuesday. no work we respond to. so it's entirely due to lack of communication. and until now if you are not satisfied before printing I am still available to improve the design.
addition: I sent files in vector in formats: AI, PDF and for preview: JPG, PNG. if it's just a resolution issue it's weird if the printer blames the designer. because any printer should understand. If you don't understand that, you shouldn't just blame the designer. maybe your printing is unprofessional. I suggest you print on a large printer like Vista print's 99design.
