Es geht um einen Podcast, in dem alles rund um das Thema Führung behandelt wird. Selbstführung, Selbstmotivation, Teambuilding, Methoden. Die ist eher männlich, angehende Führungskräfte, Führungskräfte, Geschäftsführer, Projektmanager, Scrum Master, Product Owner. Alter: 25-55 Hauptsächlich aus dem IT Bereich, Software Entwicklung Das Logo sollte kein Micro oder Ähnliches beinhalten. Dass es sich um einen Podcast handelt, muss im Logo nicht dargestellt werden.
