Negative space used for creating the silhouette of the "super-hero" in cape... Cosmetic Products for the modern man. "Helden" is the German word for "Heroes". So we want our customers to feel like superheroes and show them what being a modern man means (Using your strenght to help others, be kind, be a gentleman, don't look down to anybody, lift others up, ect.) The target group includes young and older men (20-60). The brand stands for the new age man role model. "The logo can for example include a superhero image/design in some way, that should always be placed above the logo text. The logo should stand for strength, but not in a "I have a lot of muscles and power" way. More in a calm and sovereign way (inner strenght and power)."

Sideckicked (logo)

"Sidekicked" is a comedic and edgy Web / TV series about failed superhero sidekicks trying to adjust to everyday life. BRIEF Client: "We're looking for a vintage comic book feel with an edgy / comedic twist. (After all this is about the sidekicks, not the superheroes)" DESIGN PROCESS I contacted clients to get a little more information about this character. I was able to learn that he was a hero's sidekick, but now that hero has retired and that's why he had to accept a job as a janitor in order to pay his expenses The first thing I did was present some sketches of the "transformation from sidekick to janitor" concept and they loved it. We talked about adding some details like the cap, the name tag, etc. Once the character was completed I began to work on the text. For this, I used the Superman logo as inspiration. This completed the comic look for the logo.
