Smart LOGO Evolution

This is the second collaboration with this great customer. After designing the logo for his new financial product "QuantHub" (https://99designs.com/profiles/chr1skay/designs/1380518), he asked me to redesign the main logo of his company, D3X Systems. The existing logo showed a cube. Initially, I followed a radically different approach than the existing logo, but then we decided to revisit that concept. In addition to the three-dimensional view that visualizes the multi-dimensional nature of decision making, the new logo can also be interpreted two-dimensional: Then the right (red) part forms a forward-directed arrow, symbolizing progress and forward thinking. The new D3X Systems logo is an evolution that retains the idea and color scheme of the original logo but takes it to the next level. In fact, the final design looks slightly different from the one presented here: it has additional lines that emphasize the three-dimensional view. However, I like this version as well.

Combining multiple elements into one unique symbol

CoEmotion creates stories and turns them into books, screenplays, songs, documentaries, and movies. This is an impressively broad field of activity. The customer told me that he liked the idea of having the elements film, music/audio and book/text in the logo. But he admitted that all this would probably not be possible. Well, challenge accepted. ;-) My logo inherits a film strip, it inherits a book (text) and it inherits a musical note (audio/music). Yet it comes with a minimalist and simple icon. The film strip and the book merge in a smart way, while the note is located in the negative space of the open pages. It’s a smart logo that invites viewers to discover what CoEmotion has to offer.

Combining 3 Elements into 1 Simple Design

TML eğitim is an online education company for medical doctors or medical students. They do not provide classical education but teach based on symbols and shortcuts like mnemonics. They provide the study matter effectively with videos made with a special hand-drawn style. The TML logo is based on three essential elements: a pen, a play-symbol, and a snake/caduceus reference. The pen symbolizes the hand-drawn style of the online lectures. The play-symbol indicates that the content is based on videos. The snake/caduceus is a reference to the medical nature of the teaching content. These three symbols merge into a simple and memorable icon. The play symbol forms the tip of the pencil, which in turn includes the snake/caduceus symbol on top. The simple and smart realization of the icon expresses: TML is the simple and smart way to learn. The fresh color underlines the modern approach: TML is your learning friend and not your boring class teacher.

Dating Psychologie (“Dating Psychology”) is the number 1 Dating advice platform for men in the German market with over 40 million video views and over 300.000 newsletter subscribers. It’s not a dating site, it’s a coaching service, which help men to increase confidence and attract women. Dating Psychologie has some of the best and highest quality products, but their previous logo did not reflect that. They wanted a brand new logo: modern and appealing to men. My logo consists of the abstracted letters D and P and thus creates a strong connection to the brand. At the same time, the design has a clear relation to love and the challenges involved, because the D and the P form the shape of a half-heart, which are linked together.
