Logo for music festival! featuring Charlie the channel catfish! This design is for an event on a lake that client's band hosts every year. They plan on introducing new cartoon characters as shirt and merchandise designs. the event is “Dog island Jam”. ‘Channel cat Charlie’ will be the first character design for this music festival! I'm grateful and thank you to John (client) for introducing me to a legendary band, The Grateful Dead, and I instatly hooked with thir songs and spectacular artwork they had, so as reference in mind, I tried to depict a simple hand drawn retro, psychedelic, hippie theme to the logo, and the result is awesome~ :)
