I've worked on illustration projects for Touton many times. And this time, they planned to refresh the design of their coffee bag to align with the style of the bags I've previously created. The idea was to create an animal with human-like characteristics, such as clothing and body posture. In this case, they imagined a mule (a cross between a donkey and a horse, typical of Colombia's coffee-growing regions) wearing a classic poncho, a reflection of the way the people dress there. And this is what it looks like.

Logo for Moon Milk

Moon Milk is a national chain of specialty coffee shops and roasters based in Austin, Texas. They feature a unique oak roast coffee process and a secret sweet cream recipe. A detailed logo was made as an illustration where a cow is the protagonist and her horns are formed by a huge moon. Cactus adorn the scene to make a reference to the state of Texas.

Social Media Photo Profile for A Coffee Shop

Using this illustration I want to express the soothing feeling that a cup of coffee has to offer. The entire composition of this illustration should be well dispalyed inside an imaginary circle boundary as this is how most of social media will crop user's photo profile. I drew thin lines to give it hand drawing look and serve the purpose as the silhouette for the objects. The analogous colours & soft shadows were chosen to support the soothing theme. If you look closely at the entire image’s silhouette, it forms a heart shape which express the love inside this a cup of coffee.
