The client needed an illustration for a wall in a meeting room with the most important landmarks of WDC. For this I had to study the architecture of the buildings and then create the visual guidelines for this piece. For that I defined a fixed width for the lines with the thicker in the outside to highlight the building and lighter lines to show some details.

Street Light Community Church

A Christian Community church in an urban neighborhood. We want a streetlight to be part of the logo. Something that signifies light breaking through darkness. A cross could be included but not front and center, or could be found in the negative space. We want a logo that feels gritty, urban, perhaps like graffiti or a neon sign, possibly cement or brick textures. We want the mark to be able to stand on its own without words. Colors should be high contrast, light and dark. Open to color suggestions but we want it to be young, hip and vibrant.
