“Papi” not only is the Spanish word for “Daddy“, in Latin America it is also a slang to describe an attractive, handsome, cool and easy going male. “Chango” is also a slang word which means “Monkey”. Clear the stage for this Chango, who will surely be rated as attractive in the female monkey world.
This Chango conveys at first glance how delicious the food of “Papi Chango” is. It is a fun and cool character with a high recognition value. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him on T-Shirts in the near future. Paired with a strong typography and enriched by subtle Mexican symbols the logo sends out the right message for those who love Mexican food.")

The tortillas are hand made from fresh corn masa. El Camino translates to \"the road\" but client would love to see a visual representation of the Chevy El camino. Specifically the 1969 Chevy El Camino Malibu for the car model. I created hand-drawn vintage illustration of the Chevy for the design and used lively colors that suits the business.")

With restaurant name of Los Ponchos we would like to see some sort of poncho in the logo whether on a person with Mexican mustache, silhouette, maybe a poncho with a hat no person. We have the idea if you wear a poncho into the restaurant you get $1 off your order or some sort of promotion. We will have authentic Mexican ponchos hanging from the ceiling throughout the restaurant.")

I designed the full label layout (front, back, and sides), custom icons, badges, AI-assisted illustrations and marketing-oriented visuals, with compliance to FDA guidelines, strong information hierarchy, and a visually impactful product shot that speaks directly to the target audience.
