Logo concept for HARVEST CHURCH

The logo that I want is one that represents a great brand. I want a clean, modern, sleek logo design that reflects who we are and resonates with our constituents. We are a christian church that seeks to provide a spiritual home for all people. Our Target audience is 18 to 45 years old. We don't want a typical religious design. We want a clean and fresh looking logo. We want our logo to appeal to this 18-45 demographic. We want something simple that could translate well into other ministries (kids, youth, outreach, additional church sites, etc.) to form a clean, professional identity that will resonate with the culture. I'd love to see logos have a modern design that will look great on t-shirts and ball caps. I like the colors orange and white and grey. I also would like to try the logo in green and white and grey as well to see if those color work as well. I do not want any obvious looking wheat stalks in my logo.
