Hi again! I´m trying to understand what it is you want, do you mean that you want the cover to look like a standing bok, like on the bottom of the web page you linked? And you mean that you want something that you can exchange the book covers in?
If that is what you mean, I think what you really need is a mock-up book template, or a Photoshop action that does it for you, you can find those anywhere, some free and some for a price, it wouldn´t really designing anything, it would just be fitting your books into mock-ups.
I´m not qiute sure I understand. :)
