You are simply a newbie who borrowed an idea completely and claimed it as your own. Now, who's the one to start that "childish events"?
As for the threats, let me say it this way,in public:
I would be really glad if this community of designers would be spared of your presence here. We really don't need this kind of "designers"...change your way to design or better put, i think you should start design your own ideas and let everyone else live their lifes.

I am an old member here and i really know that this is not the way to treat these matters. But right now i really don't care if i am being carried away by the facts or not.

you're wrong Pafl3a, the CH does NOT have all the right to ask anything because he's paying. he doesn't own ulaht's design, he hasn't purchased it. it doesn't belong to him, so he DOESN'T have the right to ask you to put it on your text, and you don't have the right to use it either. Does he have the right to use the AT&T logo since he's paying? how about the Pepsi logo, since he's paying? you get the point? You really have a lot to learn about copyright infringement. You should do the right thing and withdraw that entry.

And, i have responded accordingly, i have submitted, you ranked it and then nothing.
Anyway, it's your choice but take a look on the comments here, i am not the only one saying the same thing, so i guess my attitude is in the business limits.

You should have contacted me personally about this situation. It's not the first time this situation occurs to me, in fact i have lost in the past a few contests where a "teaser" entry of my high ranked designs won and the contest holder said - as you already did:"New contest holders, like me, probably don't get the nuance and minor issues you all seem so familiar with." That's why i and everybody else posted that.

Maybe i over reacted, thus my apologies for that, but at least a PM would have been a benefit for both of us and could have stopped this "small" disturbing discussion.
Regarding your discovered similarities, i don't understand what you are trying to convey here sift, that, anyone could have come up with such a "common" idea as my #91?

Ulahts, I wouldn't take him too seriously. He's probably some immature 10 year old with no idea
how this works. His comment(s) were SO outrageous and stupid that they actually made me laugh.
The staff here should start banning people permanently.

I agree with midknyte, the contest holder should have contacted Ulahts directly to make the
modifications.
