There were lots of logos that were better than mine. All I'm saying is that using a stock image as the entire logo, or even part of a logo requires proper permissions.

Typically, using it for a logo is not permitted in the EULA (that you agreed to) when you purchased the rights to reproduce the image.

The point I'm making is...Some so called “designers” (usually the same people who enter design contests) steal images from stock sites to design logos...This is a HUGE no-no.

Did you know that stock imagery gets downloaded by thousands of people? This should be reason enough not to use stock imagery as your logo.

If you do this, other people will have access to your logo design and can and will use it in places that will potentially devalue your business. Ensure your logo design is ORIGINAL.

You are right! Parts of my designs were stock earlier since they r faster to work with at the beginning. However my final artwork never contains any unlicensed material!
So i have withdrawn and i completely redid them before the second round. Everything is hand drawn by me and i can prove it. If you take a closer look you can see it too.
I would have refined them in the sec round without you filing a report but thank you for your concern.
So dont worry it will be fine!
Maybe next time u should concentrate more on the project and a little less on your fellow contestants ;)

Wow, you guys really chose entries that are clearly stock art? You do realize that HawaiianFire bought his design elements, they are not original and they will not be eligible for copyright when the time comes. Not trying to be a hater but it's true...

Can you make the entries hidden? It is easier to be creative. You will get more diversity in the designs that are submitted as well.
