Content details
Description
We need to create an 8.5x11" double-sided one-page flyer that we can utilize for print and digital collateral. We have written the text we want on the one-page flyer, but we need someone to help us put it into a well-structured branded design template and create unique graphics that accommodate the flyer's content. The goal is to have this one-page flyer and use it as a design template/framework that we can utilize as a template for other one-page flyers we need later on.
We want the flyer to be clean, sleek, modern, and captivating.
The content/writeup we'd like included in this one-pager is attached. Please let me know if you have questions. If applicable, feel free to shorten the text (but please be cognizant of whether the messaging will remain the same if changed).

Other notes
I've provided a few examples of templates we've used in the past for one-pagers; however, we do not want this design to mirror the exact same format/design. We want to clean it up and make it more cohesive.
The primary brand color is: Blue: #2328af
The primary font is: Greycliff (font file attached)
Footer: Please include a footer on the last page (back side of flyer) that has our contact information (can be found in one of the one-pager templates attached).

Stock images are licensed photos and vector files. Please declare stock when you submit designs so that clients can pay for licenses.
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
