We are a high end interior design firm with several division, (commercial, residential, rehap, showroom/retail and staging). Our target audience for this flyer will be builders, realtors and for sale by owners who would like staging to promote the sale of their properties.

Description
We would like a flyer to attract builders and high end realtors to stage their homes for sale. We would like something simple yet powerful to attract the builder/realtor so they want to do business with our company. We have a warehouse full of furniture, accessories, lighting, etc. Inventory ready to go and can complete a design in little or no time. We are open for the designer to be creative.

I am providing a copy of our logo, old flyer that we did not like. We also have a lot of before and after pictures we can provide. Our main website if vergeedesign.com we also have the domain stagedbyvergee.com and stagedbyvergee.net We would like the flyer to reach realtors and builders via constant contact or any other suggestions you can provide to reach our target client in the Orange County, CA area. Also, our logo is trademarked and need the symbol.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Add trademark to logo if possible
