We are a newly established company, offering the following services: ① Manufacturing and distribution of handmade leather goods (brand business, EC, speciality store retailer of private labels) ② Supporting artisanal businesses (distribution, marketing, financial support) ③ Studios/ateliers (rental galleries, rental photo studios) ■ Future Plans ・Currently, we are focussing only on leather belts, however we want to expand the range of leather products such as, shoes, clothes, accessories, and source them from more artisans. ・Provide an environment that will challenge and motivate artisans and help them express their unique qualities to the world. 【Vision】 “To create an environment that capitalises one’s individuality in society” 【Business Policy】 ・Workers are also creative/artisans ・Make work enjoyable and fun ・To not deny individuality. Bring out the value of individuality ・Put these values into actions 　(Create⇒Make⇒Communicate☆Received) ■ Target Customer ・Leather products (Fashionable young females and males in their 20’s-30’s) ・Business support (Young artisans, designers, management) ・Young artisans in their 20’s-30’s. ■ Meaning of our Name TOIRO, or “十色” in Japanese, comes from the phrase, “十人十色” means “every person is different.” We want to showcase and sell the truly unique and beautiful products and services from a wide range of artisans to the world.
