1936 gegründete Hausverwaltung in Berlin, sehr bekannt durch ehemals repräsentativen Sitz am Berliner Ku'Damm, Fokus auf Verwaltung von Wohn- und Geschäftshäuser in Berlin/Brandenburg und WEG-Verwaltung exklusiver Immobilien. Zielgruppe: Vermögende Privatpersonen, Fondsgesellschaften, Bauträger, Banken.

Klassische, aber modern anmutendes Logo-Design wird benötigt. Schrift gerne klassisch, im Logo kann ein Gebäude als Zeichnung/Piktogramm eingefügt werden (nicht zu detailliert, nur Kubatur, Fenster, Eingänge). Als Slogan "Immobilien seit 1936" kann eingebaut werden (nicht zwingend notwending, sofern Logo sonst zu "überladen" aussieht neben dem Gebäude). Mit den Anfangsbuchstaben von "Wilhelm Droste" kann gespielt werden. BITTE NICHT AUSSCHLIEßLICH AN SKIZZE ORIENTIEREN, sondern auch freie, eigene Vorschläge machen. Das Logo soll Erfahrung und Professionalität verkörpern. Bitte Grünton verwenden, aber auch mit anderen Farben spielen. Viel Erfolg
