VALEURS du logo : QUALITÉ, CONSTANCE, EXCELLENCE AROMATIQUE. Le logo devra être pensé de manière à être associé au logo institutionnel d'un des partenaires (2 industriels et un centre de recherche). Le logo doit représenter un projet de recherche dans l'industrie-agro. La fermentation du cacao permet grâce à l'introduction de levures de créer un goût chocolat premium pour les marchés export du chocolat.
