The restaurant's name is ammā... The word amma means mother in many languages but has it's roots in the Tamil ... What is Omakase? Omakase, a form of Japanese dining in which guests leave themselves in the hands of a chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients ... The truth of omakase lies in the word itself—directly translated, it means "I leave it up to ..." What is ammā-kase? ammā-kase is our Indian interpretation of the omakase ... We would prefer a logo with fonts in ... However, we are open to a better idea from the ... Please keep the accent on top of the ā and it has to be slanted ...
