Nice, could be a good favicon/small logo

  • Tue, 04 Jun 2013 08:56:54 +0000 ago

By far the best of the lot. The metaphor is immediately apparent.

  • Mon, 03 Jun 2013 17:08:50 +0000 ago

too much emphasis on the shipping aspect... I don't see this showing "standardization"

  • Mon, 03 Jun 2013 14:01:43 +0000 ago

I like the whale, but the docker text is hard to read, pick a better typeface

  • Sun, 02 Jun 2013 19:23:33 +0000 ago
  • Sun, 02 Jun 2013 08:37:57 +0000 ago

C'est sympa de mettre une baleine. ça représente bien les features

  • Sun, 02 Jun 2013 01:54:44 +0000 ago

    Cute.

  • Sun, 02 Jun 2013 00:30:38 +0000 ago

I like this one the most, it's funny and I just like blue color :D

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 08:21:15 +0000 ago

play on containers, play on dock (water). Cute. Like it.

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 02:26:29 +0000 ago

    poor whale :(

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 01:12:02 +0000 ago
  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:25:18 +0000 ago

Heavyweight. Slow. Fail Whale. Cute, but not what I want to say about Docker.

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:22:46 +0000 ago

Nice, but I think the boat analogy is incorrect.

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:16:47 +0000 ago
  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:14:36 +0000 ago

i love it, but too much detail

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:06:17 +0000 ago

    Too childish

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:03:57 +0000 ago

Fun an nice, BUT reminds me too much of the Twitter "fail whale"

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:03:14 +0000 ago
  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:02:17 +0000 ago

IMO, this is the most clear and accurate logo by far.

    Not found of the dog

  • Mon, 03 Jun 2013 17:08:50 +0000 ago

Almost there, but this is my favorite one. Too cartoony and too busy for my taste but has the right look (right now it looks like a stool or chair

  • Mon, 03 Jun 2013 14:01:43 +0000 ago

good font/typeface, not sure what the icon should be looks like a minecraft dog from distance.

  • Mon, 03 Jun 2013 06:30:49 +0000 ago

I like this one, but perhaps the metaphor is not abstract enough for a good logo?

  • Sun, 02 Jun 2013 19:23:46 +0000 ago
  • Sun, 02 Jun 2013 08:37:57 +0000 ago

  • Sun, 02 Jun 2013 00:30:38 +0000 ago

Looks a bit amateur I would say.

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 08:21:15 +0000 ago

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 02:26:29 +0000 ago

I like the docker stuff but it looks like a headless dog when in small sizes

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 02:08:03 +0000 ago

    This one is sweet

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 01:13:29 +0000 ago
  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:25:18 +0000 ago

This one is the only ok one of the bunch. Looks loyal, friendly, useful, eager to please.

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:22:46 +0000 ago

Actually, if you look closely, this looks like a dog which is more "neutral" than a giraffe, which is good. But I don't know, it feels like the giraffe design will stand better over time, so I'll give the giraffe a very slight advantage here.

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:17:05 +0000 ago
  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:14:37 +0000 ago

This is ok, although not very catchy.

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 08:21:15 +0000 ago

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:22:46 +0000 ago

It feels like a consulting company logo. The puzzle (can't remember the name of this kind of puzzle) analogy is good a find, even though I would keep it for Tetris (if this project ever sees the light one day).

    Hadoop association bad.

  • Sun, 02 Jun 2013 00:30:38 +0000 ago

This is as well quite funny, but as I said, I prefer blue color ;-)

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 08:21:15 +0000 ago

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:25:18 +0000 ago

I like the flying metaphor for lightweight, but the elephant doesn't seem right. Memory? Loyalty? Surprisingly lightweight?

  • Sat, 01 Jun 2013 00:22:46 +0000 ago

Nice and funny but the elephant is already used by PostgreSQL and PHP.
