And also when I choose quill pen instead of pencil or reguler pen is because it was classic and older. So it also symbolize mature/senior people. The pen leave a line behind.. That talking about what they have achieved. But the ink is not dry yet. So they still have a lot of thing to do. A lot of new purpose. Conference logo design. Theme: tropical, carnival, karibi Solution: Since it is a carnival theme, tropical.. the girls at the carnival wear feather costumes. Also feathers are association with the tropical parrots. Soar means "fly or rise high in the air" so the feather is again the logical solution. The colors are as you requested, vibrant and in relation to colors of tropical birds and carnival costumes. And the last but not least... the feathers are forming the letter S for Soar.
