The only requirement was that it need to be in style of amazing Disruptive Viking logo I designed for him, to use same tessellation technique, color scheme and overall shapes.
I have created couple different proposals to choose from and in the end client opted for my and obviously his favorite that was made with minimal corrections over Viking symbol but gave a totally different idea.

We had real life robot model that client wanted to abstract and simplify enough to be used for logo. Not an easy task but with clients help we made it just right. No effects nor gradients are used, its top to bottom in flat colors only and it works just as great in monochrome as it does in full color. Simply love it!")

Due to some CNC limitations, closed loops were to be avoided so I developed an abstract design that kind of reminds of infinity symbol while not being one. Its made with mono-weight one stroke line with flat purple color and paired with custom made lettering that follows the same principle (no closed loops). Geometric and angular icon, as opposed to classic curved one, worked great leaving me and client happy with amazingly simple yet unqiue design.")
