My logo design had to be conceptual and reflection of their business. I did try to play with R and giving it a real estate touch. my design looks like a Badge or tiny house. color selection was restricted to red only.")

I have tried to make the letter R not very obvious but found a very clever way to combine the letter R with the N. With the help of the Slab serif style, I made the letter N and then separated a Vertical line from the diagonal one to make it look like R. Later, added a Roof shape into it so it relates to the brand's working area that is renovating homes. The client liked the first draft of this logo.
