This design proposal combines a dynamically curved thread with an embroidery needle, creating the initial letters \"U\" and \"S\" for \"Urbane Stickerei\". The needle in the centre of the action is itself part of the \"U\" and is surrounded by the \"S\".

The needle itself forms the letter \"i\" of Stickerei, while the thread on the left forms the S, then swings through the needle and forms the letters c and k on the right. Thus the embroidery needle becomes an integral part of the company name.

My concept is a hand drawn nostalgia of the old heady days when craft hobbies were a huge part of people's life. A simple, single color piece in dark ash color.
