The offset 'E' letterform implies stairs and upward movement toward a goal. The abstracted letterforms of 'Rare' communicate the uniqueness and rarity of the driven entrepreneur and creative. Finally, the stacked block arrangement speaks to determination and persistence.
I chose the colors to balance confidence and action. The deep blue background is cool and collected; the red accents bring motivation and passion to the design.
