I had to make it unique as there are plenty of mountain logos so ended up with clean and simple logo conveying modern and welcoming personality. I think I managed to demonstrate professionalism and fresh thinking, but with a playful side. Client was extremely satisfied with my efforts to show this design various branding possibilities. It is founded in memory a 38 year old young man that suffered from alcoholism that resulted in him becoming a type 1 diabetic. He was misdiagnosed with type 2 and ultimately went into Diabetic Ketoacidosis and died from a brain aneurysm and heart attack. The foundation is being created by his multitude of friends and family who are working to have this foundation help others in need of rehabilitation.

\"He was kind, loving and so dedicated to family and friends. The only \"wrong\" thing was his inability to stop drinking alcohol. Just like his grandfather, my father, he would die at a young age. Court lived life to the fullest traveling the world, never married or had a family. I think he always knew he would not live a long life, but it certainly was fulfilled while he was here with us. \"")
