Data management for a company is really a journey in how to manage their digital assets involving multiple applications, teams, and organizations within that company. It can really be hard to navigate that, which was one of the reasons behind the naming pathFinder.
It was also the reason to build the logo around the concept of navigation. The icon shows an abstract sextant symbolizing competent and goal-oriented navigation. In addition, it also consists of an upward arrow, which adds an additional compass/navigation meaning.
The simple and remarkable design transports the core concept of pathFinder perfectly. It was a great collaboration with the client, who liked the concept at first glance.")

The concept is a combination of compass, ship wheel, and eye (Oculus). The logo will be used on apparel for the staff and the family, and possibly on the mainsail of the ship. The name of the ship is Oculus, that it represents the hole in the top of the dome of the Pantheon (in Rome) which is the way light streams into the structure. Oculus also means eye in Latin. Paired with a clear modern font, this logo left both me and client happy with the outcome.")
