She loses her wings just before her nap on the plane. Shelly dreams of her wings. And in her dream, she realizes that the wings can talk, and the wings are making sure all the passengers are happy. The wings are also serving snacks and collecting service items. Shelly awakens to the sound of the arrival announcements. Shelly laughs aloud remembering that she had taken her jacket off as she was getting settled in her seat. She quickly puts her jacket back on and sure enough the wings were still there. “My Wings, I found my wings!”
